What are you looking for today?

• Payment plans are available and must be arranged with administration before the start of class.
• All fees must be paid in full prior to graduation.
• Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

 • 100% refund if cancelled within 5 business days of signing the enrollment agreement.
• 75% refund after 5 days but before the first class.
• After the first class, refunds are pro-rated based on percentage of program completed:
o 0–5% completed: 90% refund
o 6–10%: 80% refund
o 11–15%: 75% refund
o 16–20%: 70% refund
o 21% or more: No refund

• Students must attend all 120 program hours.
• Only two excused absences permitted with valid documentation.
• Make-up hours must be scheduled and approved by instructors.
• Excessive tardiness or absenteeism may result in dismissal.

Airey Healthcare maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind. All students are entitled to a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.

Students who withdraw or are dismissed may reapply. Readmission is subject to space
availability and program director approval. The registration fee may be waived for returning students within 6 months.

Students may submit formal complaints in writing to the program director. Students must conduct themselves in a professional manner. Disruptive behavior, insubordination, or substance use will result in disciplinary action, including dismissal.

To graduate from the CNA program, students must:
• Complete 120 total hours (80 classroom/lab + 40 clinical)
• Score at least 75% on all exams
• Pass all 21 state-required skills
• Demonstrate professional and ethical conduct

• Minimum passing grade: 75%
• Students must maintain satisfactory progress in both theoretical and clinical components.
• Cheating or academic dishonesty will result in disciplinary action or dismissal.
